Powerball Manager End User License Agreement

Somewhere Softeware and Cory Hanson reserve all rights to Powerball Manager except those that are granted to the end user in this document. All copyrights to the software are completely reserved by the Author Cory Hanson and Somewhere Software.

Once registered, the end user is granted a non-exclusive license to use Powerball Manager on one computer for each license purchased. Powerball Manager may not be rented or leased. However, the licensee may sell the license to Powerball Manager. In doing so, the user must delete Powerball Manager form their computer permanently, transferring completely, and in it''s entirety, all copies of Powerball Manager and any updates or previous versions.

The end user may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or transfer the license to Powerball Manager, except as expressly stated in this End User License Agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

Powerball Manager is distributed "AS IS" with no warranty of any kind implied or expressed. By using Powerball Manager the end user agrees to use this software at their own risk. Neither the Author nor Somewhere Software will be liable for any data loss, damage, loss of profits, or any other loss while using or as a result of the misuse of Powerball Manager.

If the end user does not agree with the terms of this end user license agreement, the end user must remove Powerball Manager from your computer and or any storage devices and cease to use the application.
